Looks like Bridgeland did well at the Canadian Whisky Awards, would love to try them at some point. Don't mind the small bottles, as I don't have a ton of space left on The Shelf, and I'm good with variety and quality over quantity these days. Dipping into a few Canadians this week. Fils du Roy 'New Ireland' from NB, Triticale from Junction 56 in Stratford ON, Magnotta 10 Single Malt Vaughn ON, and of course Macaloney's BC. The Fils du Roy is an interesting one. Instead of proofing down with water, they use beer made with the same recipe as the whisky. So basically still water, but richer. Tasty! Heading into the deep freeze this coming week...woo hoo! See a few hot toddys in my future 😉 Cheers, my friend 🥃🥃 Marian 🇨🇦

Thanks Jon! It’s been a great time focusing on Canadian Whisky this week, still SO much out there to try and explore. Awesome to see you tracked down a bottle of the Signature Oats. Tim did a wicked job on it. Enjoy sir. Cheers.

Alberta is making some great whiskys. Have not tried Bridgeland yet, to be honest haven't tried any Canadian single malts as of yet! But you've sold me man.
