do you have to wear helmets in all the outdoor parks in california? im from england and am flying out for 3 weeks in june to skate, and helmets suck

All skateparks in California legally require helmets according to the STATE OF CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE - SECTION 115800.
