This clickbait is embarrassing from Talksport. Ange was generalising about football managers jobs. He said a prime minister has an election (usually) every 5 years. He joked that managers have an election (fans giving their opinion) every weekend. Ange talks a lot of sense. I see no reason why TS needs to try and twist his words.
