A couple years ago, the TODAY Show featured how I used taste mindfulness to heal, and I've been openly talking about mental health and my story since. This week, on The Fred Minnick Show Presented by BAXUS, I am joined by It's Always Sunny star Glenn Howerton, who's a champion of speaking publicly about mental health, too. Which, given his character on It's Always Sunny, is a little ironic. This is one of my best interviews of my career, as we cover ground that transcends the category... as good whiskey usually does!

Love the standard 4 walls! Mixing the rye with Irish..spot on! Sunny is such a good show, and that got me to try the whiskey. Fred, you are a great interviewer too. Tying whiskey to some real shit and the guest's projects..good stuff! Maybe Glenn and the gang can come out with a 4 stands release that highlights a Welsh Whiskey and could be Wrexham's official soccer liquor..neat liquor at least..gotta mix that aviator gin..with something..I guess..
