I walked away from my phone to brush my teeth but kept listening while Glenn was talking about not liking to be whacky. When I got back to my phone he was suddenly sitting in Rick’s chair wearing a mustache and wig. Made me feel for all the audio only listeners

I think Glenns character Dennis, on Its Always Sunny is particularly charming because theres an ebb and flow to his behavior. He is often the most logical and articulate character on the show, representing what the audience is thinking or feeling about this or that, but, despite that, in the very next moment you see him totally committed to whatever scheme or plot the gang hatched, even though its usually insane.
@cryptiddy

Yep, most narcissists are charming af. They wrote that character perfectly. Interestingly enough apparently Charlie writes/cowrites a lot of the Dennis plot lines and dialogue. It makes me wonder if he has had to deal with a lot of them

This episode is a great example of what makes this such a good pod. It's silly, it's heartfelt, it's childish, it's deep, it flows everywhere between each extreme. I love seeing when a new guest is on and they're trying to figure out what it is in the beginning, and at the end they get it and are there to play too.

I'm only halfway through but this is one of my favorite TYSO episodes ever already. Glenn and Charlie are literally two of my favorite humans in entertainment and they're so incredibly smart and funny simultaneously. Rick would be a perfect addition to the Always Sunny crew imo

Man, I've only been watching you for a few months now but you've become my favourite comedian. I see a lot of myself in you and it helps me realise that there are others like me out there. Seeing you get emotional over Glenn respecting how you texted him made me emotional. I do the same thing and I always feel like everyone hates it. It gets to the point where I'll straight up avoid trying to contact the person anymore. You're going to be here in Chicago in August and I'm low on money lately but I'm gonna do my best to get a ticket and see you live. You're just fucking awesome, dude.

Glenn talking about his moodiness and effecting others resinates with me so much. I'm a moody person and have had people talk to me about how it's effected people around me, sadly it wasn't done the way Rob did it. I've now learned to deal with it much better but to hear Glenn talk so eloquently about it has made me very emotional. Great podcast, thank you. x
