I had twins born in December 1979. My son had just turned 16 when he was diagnosed with non Hodgkin B cell lymphoma. Originally he was diagnosed with sarcoma of the bone and we were told he would have to have his leg amputated and his survival odds was about 30%. He had a large tumor on his knee. My sister and I prayed to our Blessed Mother that he didn’t have to have his leg amputated. He had the first biopsy and no cancer found. The 2nd biopsy was deep into tumor. This biopsy showed the nonhodgkin Lynphoma. I took my son to the center where Joey gave my son a blessing. My faith was strong and I felt Blessed Mary will perform a miracle thru Joey. The doctors said the chemo would make him sterile and he had to have his sperm preserved. The next day he went into the hospital and had his introductory chemo. An MRI was taken and we were told his tumor was gone. In my heart I know he was healed by the intervention of Mother Mary He went thru 6 rounds of chemo as an inpatient at the hospital. Then 6 rounds of spinal chemo and another 6 rounds of chemo as an inpatient. He suffered infections throughout his digestive system. He had to be hospitalized with morphine drip after each chemo. According to the doctors he was accidentally given an extra chem dose by accident. In September he was placed on a portable chemo drip for several months. He suffered tremendously. Several years ago my son finally confided with me that he felt his soul leave his body. Jesus appeared and told him to return it wasn’t his time. When he was 18 he chose to leave it in God’s hand for children. We stopped payments and agreed with him. He just turned 43 this past December. God blessed him with 4 beautiful children. He still shows a very low sperm count to this day. Truly Blessed Marie Castaldo
