Glenn in the '70s and '80s was a machine-like cocaine and alcohol scavenger ... A British rock star of his caliber in Los Angeles/London had the best, highest quality, the most, and with an addictive penchant - he nearly killed himself. I find it amazing that, today, he can sing with a voice like God; or Gabriel's trumpets... Wicked.

This is a song which was written for the Burn album, but Ritchie didn't like it. It fitted Tommy's vibe much better. Jon wrote the chords around the "where angels fear to tread" part according to David. Mental images of the pair of them playing this in Tokyo with a crippled Tommy Bolin just one year from death. MK4 could have easily matched earlier lineups had it not been for drugs. Fucking heroin and cocaine.
