Abdi Yare Cameey no, not even close. It was a lit wc, but even the last three (2006,2010,2014) were better than this World Cup. The one in Qatar is probably going to be the best. It’s going to have neymar at his prime, mbappe much older, Messi and Ronaldo possibly giving their last shot at the trophy, and a whole new different generation of players.

@@alanshearer4974 pff, what have you found so special about the last three world cups? 2006 in Germany was very conservative and idealess, 2010 in South Africa was boring and annoying with all those f*cking vuvuzelas, 2014 in Brazil was very bad-organized and there were lots of struggles and stuff like that during the whole cup. The 2018 World Cup was perfectly organized, utterly unexpected in terms of who wins the match and had only one boring match - France vs Denmark. I will remember this exhilarating world cup forever!

@@alanshearer4974 what's more, there has already been some news and gossip that the WC in Qatar was lobbied and it has been a mistake to hold WC in country with extreme temperatures and absolute monarchy where football is absolutely undeveloped. And Infantino warned that there would probably be 48 but not 32 teams on the next world cup which means we would see more boring matches. So, this World Cup was simply the last traditional and simply the best.

@@n-druhott9845 actually I take that back. I will say this: 2010 world cup was something special. It didn't have the footballing quality if 2014 or 2018, but it was a memorable world cup. The stadiums were beautiful and bright, atmosphere was the best in my opinion, and the craze was much bigger than any other world cups in history(you can't deny this). 2014 world cup was the best in footballing quality. We saw both retiring legends and young superstars giving their all. We saw the massacre of Brazil 7-1, we saw the best German team in history, we saw prime messi, lose the final. It was the best world cup in pure quality. 2006 was just memorable and nostalgic, especially the final. This is my personal opinion though, because I was 9 so I obviously found it to be more nostalgic than the others.
