This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact kzbin.infoUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.

Lovely review! 👌🏻 The coffee was very weak and a bit mehhh...lol. Need to press the tamp down properly and was too weak looking for 2 cups! Love this machine. For an average coffee drinker, this is a great machine, comes with 3 year warranty and looks awesome! Previous machines looked really in need of an uplift! Think I'll get this for my sister!

@@Mandyglen A quick check on KZbin and you'll be sorted. You didn't really use the machine wrong. 1) Try to grind fresh. If you can't, just use pre-ground coffee and store in an air tight container. 2) Put the coffee in the portafilter evenly and the press down and spin with tamper trying to ensure a flat, level surface. 3) Attach the portafilter to the coffee machine and press the the shot button. With pre-ground coffee, always best to use 1 cup unless you like a weaker coffee taste. Hope that helps for now..

Could be the milk you're using. If you use milk with higher fat content it should foam up much better. Hope this helps.

Mine worked ok for only a while then the milk wouldn't get foamy, I bought a small battery operated frother which works better I think. Just put small amount of milk in a small plastic cup in the microwave for 1 minute then use frother and great result.

I have this machine for a few months now but I still can’t figure out how to get the best espressos, when I press the grounds down hard there’s no coffee coming out (or a little bit) and the coffee grounds residue after is always loaded with water. As if the water isn’t running through properly.. do you have any idea what might be going wrong?

Takes a lot of practice to get used to it. If you’ve tried several times it might be worth trying a different coffee to see if that helps.

You're probably pressing too hard, and the coffee is too packed so the water doesn't go through. Other option is your coffee is too finely ground and that's why it packes so tight :)

Grind coarser (if you're grinding that is). Changing your grind setting is easier to experiment with.

I can’t think why that would be. Did you definitely have enough water in the tank? You used ground coffee, not beans? Your coffee grounds were completely dry? Hope this helps.

How to activate the descale program?

The descale liquid goes into the water tank and run the machine with the filter empty (no coffee). Run a few times to empty tank.
