Tilde's cut-scene combos are some of the best out there, and his movement is really, really smart. If you’re talking about him throwing random ass attacks out while waiting then you have a pretty small bar set for what you consider taunting. I personally spam aerials after a stock cause I zone out and just press crap while thinking of how I should approach on the next stock. Pressing buttons after taking a stock doesn’t always have to mean something. Sounds like you play too much elite smash.
