@@krrish4879 Upgrade talisman of betrayal to maximum upgrade. Make sure axe is in hand before starting battle. As soon as it starts all I did was get bit of distance from her quickly, then held L2 & press R3 to activate talisman. Then straight away press R2 to recall axe & immediately press R2 again. She should now be in slow mo. If she isn't then start checkpoint again & retry. Note: I believe if she hits you at the start while you're pressing the buttons then it won't work. If u take any damage at the beginning just restart checkpoint. Also keep distance during battle, if u take damage she may start at normal speed again

@@ALF_Playzzz I didn’t use exactly the same armour. Just used the combination he mentioned but it did take a few goes sometimes before it triggered. Once it did take your time, as if she hits you she goes back to normal speed And I only tried it on then queen Valkyrie, not any of the others so can’t confirm on that!

For anybody still trying the "legit way". DO NOT TAKE EXAMPLE from this guy. You should do much less dodging and much more observing her and doing just enough to defend her current attack. - Move right not left all the time - Try staying in the middle no be squashed by the walls - Prioritize not getting hit, you can go through whole fight without getting hit - R3 pin her, so the view follows her as much as possible - Do not get exited, just calmly follow the moves

Still works Sep2024 I’ve just done it, I’m on the latest update. Takes practice, took me about 4 goes to get it. When you get the glitch, my advice is just stick to light axe throws to take her down from a distance, spam square for the arrows and roll dodge all her attacks. Don’t let her hit you otherwise you might have to do it again.

Cheese method works in 2023. An improvement on the cheese method. Use Atreus Wolves runic attack to stun her right at the start of the fight, run off to the edge of the area and execute the cheese method. You will have around 10 seconds to pull it off. I lost and redid the slow mode 3 times. If you lose it, send the wolves. Don't use heavy attacks or runics. Hits tend to break it.

Thanks a lot for this - works: 17th/Jan/2024. To make it even easier, once she is slowed, get behind her back, and attack her wings with a light attack, over and over, constantly stunning her, and keeping behind her at all times - she will be infinitely stunned and you can kill her with this one attack movement. This was done on patch version 1.33. Don't know if the glitch works above this patch version or not. But I made sure to never let my game update either way; incase of in-game glitches that can be exploited, I tend never to update the games.

If i could upvote this an infinite amount of times I would. I started this game on Give me god of war thinking there would be a necessary achievment to beat the game on the hardest difficulty and when i found out there wasn't i was already so deep in to the game. I beat every single valkyrie on this damned BS difficulty and 30+ attempts on sigrun where I got her just over half HP gone and some bull shit would get me killed. THIS FREED ME, I have absolutely no guilt over cheesing this BS boss. Namely SOULY because of the difficulty. Watching normal difficulty or shit even the one higher her health pool is so beyond fucked in Give me god of war. I woulda killed her legit 3 times over on any other difficulty. THANK YOU SO DAMN much for giving me my revenge is was BEYOND SWEET.

You have to have Runic 250 to get the "Returning Storm" skill first before the glitch works. After you get the Returning Storm you don't need to maintain Runic at 250 you can change armors etc to your liking. PC version: Left Control (hold it down), middle mouse button (activates the Talisman), Right mouse button and Right mouse button again. Release Left Control. If you get hit while doing the sequence it wont work. If Atreus is in the picture it wont work. Jan/2023

This is the best method to use to beat Valkyrie Queen Sigrun killing her with slow motion makes it much easier to hit and dodge her and as long you are not getting hit you can keep attacking her without losing the slow motion and in case she hit you, you can do the process again

Just fyi some playstation 5 users its: L2 and R3, then double tap triangle x2. What you can also do to make the fight even more broken is after you initiate the slow mo, you can continue to spam the "heavy heavy" attack on Sigrun (L2 + R2 + R2/L2 + TRIANGLE + TRIANGLE) and doing that correctly keeps Sigrun stun locked for the entire fight, you can kill her from full health by spamming that attack over and over and she cannot get a single hit in and you can ride out out all the way until the R3 prompt shows up
