Colleagues from his set failed because music at the time was done by people who are not academically sound. These were rebels who believed they could pave a way through music. At the time, music was not this money spinning but they were brave enough to risk their lives for it. They took a huge risk. We should celebrate them and reward their sacrifice towards what music is today. God bless Terry Gee and others.

Thank you The Honest Bunch Podcast for bringing Terry G to the show.. Good to see who he really is when he is not doing music. I learnt a lot from this episode. I really loved Free Madness that year, I wish it was released now, he would have made so much money from it... Then it was even difficult to get it online then (till much later), I relied on some radio stations and DJ's to listen to the song when it just dropped then... I love your songs Terry and I bought your albums.. I pray you drop another banger soon.... Terry G is super talented and so many of these musicians know...

I love and do enjoy this show....but the little problem I have is that the guests are not allowed to answer some of the questions before being allowed to speak. The culprits are the two guys. Especially Nedum, he asks and at the same time answers the question. If this is corrected, I bet this show will be the best.

The education part Terry G talked about isn't about school and good diction, proper awareness of the music industry, Public relations, market and record labels, most of the artistes back then aren't properly informed about these things, they are just guys that are engrossed with music, and hit the limelight with a single track. Most of them were extorted by the big guys. Also most of them believe they could do it all alone, the shocking part is this new cats are still making the same mistake😢

I concur with him. If he is at his peak now, his level will be higher than some of the top 3 artist that we have today. 🎉

I've noticed that Husband Material has a remarkable talent for crafting introductions, demonstrating a keen ability to engage and captivate the audience from the start. Additionally, I find Ezinne's demeanour and energy to be particularly enjoyable, as her positive vibes contribute to a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere.

I think Terry G is entitled to his opinions. Lets respect that. Also he is in a position to make his judgements because I believe he knows music enough to do so. Terry's style was totally different before first Free Madness (Testing microphone). We the fans caused it. It was the bluetooth era and we used bluetooth to transfer shege.I mean it was everywhere. It was such a popular song and that made Terry make a u-turn I believe. All kudos to him, he is a hustler and at the end of the day, music should be considered a business. Talent may be a waste if you cannot monitize it.
