Why cant we turn switch stick off and play normally? I go to switch a player closest to the ball and it switches to someone 30 yards away it's trash and it needs to be able to be turned off

I ran 3-3-5 and stayed in cover 3 & ran commit to the motion side and would user the middle deep safety & stay back some incase he made it through or ran the pass play. The linebackers stopped it pretty well when I let them play themselves when I tried to user the linebacker it was difficult to stop that way. Not saying it’s the best way or perfect way but it’s worked for me in 2 or 3 games I’ve played people trying to spam this. It might work for you.
