Glitching Footage with the HDK-01 : HDMI Circuit Bend by

This is my first time using the HDK-01, the very first "HDMI Video Decay Processor" designed by the one and only Big Pauper Modified Circuitry. It is probably the first digital video circuit bend of its kind, and the best part is it does not rely on old discontinued hardware to be built, meaning it will always be in stock. Footage filmed by me and my cousin Anastasia near sunset yesterday on Manhattan Beach in Los Angeles. I kind of pushed the glitch effect to the maximum for most of this, but in my experiments it can do subtler looks. Perhaps you will see it in future projects.

you may notice youtube compressed a lot of the graininess - I think there are some creative tricks to get around this but I didn't feel like doing that now. it is at least exciting to see such a cool and easy way to produce textures in an HD 1080p format* *despite making this a 1:1 square video lol

wow this is cool i havent heard of anything in the hdmi space as far as circuit bending etc goes, that being said i did learn like last night that its similar to analog video in some aspects

yes BPMC is the first I know of who seriously is making glitch effects by hijacking digital HDMI
