I just had a mental breakdown and I decided to come here because your videos honestly comfort me and I can actually fall asleep well, I haven’t cried this much since I was 7 I started to mask emotions and it finally just all came out and I don’t know what to do I’ve always been terrible at dealing with and expressing emotions I couldn’t stop hyperventilating and it feels bad I don’t know how to convey emotions I don’t know what to do, my mom is mad at me, I hate disappointing people it makes me scared and I wanna hide in my room which is my safe space and watch KZbin. Sorry for ranting I’m just sad and confused because I haven’t felt this way since I was a little kid it feels weird and scary.
