Oh, Glitchy... Montana, Idaho, and Washington all do the sunny rain thing too. I know. I've lived in all three places and have been caught out in said weather event at least once in each one. It never gets any less weird. Sometimes pretty though because rainbows are more likely during sunny rain. I'm torn between loving it because of the sunlight being refracted by raindrops and hating it because its SUNNY... I'm photosensitive. Sunlight hurts my eyes unless filtered through a thick layer of clouds. Yes, even with sunglasses on. Sunglasses make it hurt less, though. Rain is better. I can go outside in the rain and not be in agony. Cold and wet, yes, but not in pain. Overcast with wispy fog is best... Yeah, you can tell I'm a native of the Pacific Coast by now, huh....
