Does filing the nail help prevent the lifting of the sequins since they are flat and our nails are round?

Hey Courtney, do you mean buffing the layer of gel over the sequins? Sometimes not all the sequins are completely flat, buffing them makes sure everything is completely smooth before your final top coat 🤍

@@NailTheBasics yes that’s what I meant, thanks so much I’m gonna try it. Last weekend was my first attempt at using butterfly sequins. Most are gone and some are lifted. Can’t wait to try again
