I did this a few weeks ago. I used a sticky stamper head I had and it just clung to my little flash lamp. It is a great hack and I am glad I didn't have to buy a separate lamp. The plastic cling wrap is an awesome hack in addition to this. Thanks for sharing the cling wrap part.

Loved to see complete thing with error. New subbie here. Ordered a regular led light flashlight. 9 led light was more expensive than 21 led regular flashlight. Just because 9 led one was marketed as nail light. Hope the regular one will work too. I used clear regular plastic sheet tight on snowflake. Just did my thumbnail successfully with this trick. Thank you.

I’ve been using this method for about 9 months after I randomly saw a video of it on KZbin. I just used a jelly stamper head and fit it into my mini flashlight. The born pretty stamper head fit perfectly on it. It’s been an absolute game changer. 💕✨. Xx

Is the uv flashlight a nail specific uv light or like the ones that they sell at homedepot

It is a led nail Flashlight so it have to have led bulbs in it to cure gel. Or a uv lamp. With uv lamp you nred to cure longer tho so I prefer led. You find cheap on Aliexpress. I left a link to it in the description box. Tyvmfw💜💖

I never thought to only use a dot of base coat where I wanted the sequin. I definitely need to give it another shot with that method because I really didn't wanna have to cut a piece of plastic wrap every time I wanted to try to work with sequins. I wonder if the stamper method would work with chunky glitters as well? 🤔

As you see It's much better at least when using this method. Yes it will work for glitter too just make sure the glitter is laying down on the nail first. And make sure you don't have more glitter then you can get under the lamp. And use the rolling mosion pluss little gel maybe. Will give it a try myself and see. Tyvmfw chick💜💖

I just press glitter into the topcoat, heavier bigger sequins need nail glue! I love glitter! UK. 1.5.24 uk 🇬🇧

I use gel polish. It needs led light to cure. So it's different then air drying polish.

You need Quick Dry topcoat to set all that polish and prevent smudged nails! I use KIIND NAIL POLISH Quick Dry topcoat 8ml, Seche Vite Quick Dry topcoat, Sally Hansen insta dry clear Topcoat and the clever KIIND QUICK DRY shiny topcoat! No more €16/£19/$22 tiny polish 7.3ml bottles! UK 🇬🇧

Here’s a hack for you, if you want to use the Saran Wrap method use a poly gel clamp to hold it in place. But use a clear one. Because it won’t cure if it’s a colored clamp. 😊
