Also I don't know if you've ever used it (probably have), but my favorite to seal is Krylon Triple Thick, I use it to seal glitter and waterslide and it's AMAZING! I always end up with glitter traveling when I use regular clear spray paint. That triple thick was a life changer for me.

When you applied the glitter & let it dry for 2-3 hours, was it on a stand or on the turner turning?

Hey Jessica! Can we use a heat gun in the place of using the heat torch? These are so cute!

you can but it's not going to render the same temp in a small period of time. we don't want to over heat the epoxy but we also want it to reach a high enough temp quickly so the bubbles pop. I used a heat gun exclusively for my first year or tumbler making and i regret not getting a torch sooner. they're inexpensive and easy to use once you've got the hang of it. a worthwhile investment for your craft
