Absolutely beautiful. The grain in the wood is beautiful. Have that oil and it is the best I’ve found for cutting boards. ❤ the finished piece. Wow. Yeah definitely want to see more wood and resin. Should do a weekly tutorial. I’m envious of that plane too. Wow. Great job Don!

Beautiful piece! Maybe lay a thin layer of UV resin at the bottom to seal it for leaks, getting the clamps out of the way. 🤷 I love wood projects.

The blue resin is beautiful. I took a wood working class and the instructor said to use mineral oil to condition cutting boards. It’s a lot cheaper than name brand oils. I think it’s the same thing just with a fancy name. I have been using mineral oil on my cutting boards for over 40 years

Yes I wish as well! I know it limits a lot of people for a project like this. We literally just spent $500 to buy the planer to do these upcoming projects. My husband won’t complain about that one though 🤦‍♀️😁

I love this wood piece it is beautiful. I have to round slabs of wood I have tried to figure out what to do with you guys gave me some ideas. I'm interested in what you're going to do with the rest of the wood there was some beautiful wood back there. I just found your channel a couple of days ago and have been steady watching them. I'm really loving your videos. Your husband cracks me up he almost gave me a heart attack the other day when he sprayed that alcohol and then started torching it I'm screaming you're going to burn the place down. But then later in another video you said there was a fire. Lucky it didn't catch Mister glitz on fire. There was one thing I would like to ask if you don't mind how did that resin mixer workout I've got it in my cart. I sent an order in yesterday but I didn't think about looking for it and putting that in there but I ordered me the curing machine. I can't wait to see how it works it had great reviews. Welcome 🤗 the mixer actually works well! I was more concerned about cleaning it more than anything. He cleaned it in just a minute with alcohol and paper towels. I think it was worth it! I love Tennessee! Don built us a vacation home south of Nashville. We spent many weekends there and had it for seven years. We sold about two years ago because the drive was just too much for just weekends 😩

Don you need to have your own wood and resin channel. I think putting a handle on the flat end to help to pick it up and move it around. You could use it for cheese and fruit only, no cutting on it. Charcuterie board.

It's beautiful! The blue with the brown circle in it sorta looks like a monkey face, with the mouth and two little eyes too, looks really neato! Very artistic. I sincerely mean that as a compliment.
