Hey FC, I do enjoy watching this game series, although I’m not gonna lie, I really didn’t think you were gonna make it in the first couple episodes. Glad you’ve gotten the hang of the game and are making great headway on it. Just waiting for a loan to be taken to buy more equipment 😂

I would do ryegrass in the cold months, and set up one big cash crop per year. I think that's the way to go.

Harvest the weeds and label it as organic salad.

If you want to really minmax your finances, fire the workers at the end of the season and rehire them next year. You'll save a month or two of wages until you find a decent winter crop

Not a bad call..except I would plant ryegrass to set up the fields for the warmer months. Reduce it down, perhaps. Even Ryegrass should pay the wages.
