That information is different from country to country I don't know what is required in your country. You can know that information by going to the offices in your country involved with such services.

So in terms of Authentication in Nigeria, the process is 1. Ministry of Education 2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs 3. Korean Embassy Is this correct sir? And Nigeria does Consular authentication right? So I can start my authentication now
