What I don't understand is how did this government think it was all good to spend that much money on the Arivecan app? Any rational person would realize it was too much. Do BRINKS trucks have a rear loading door that lifts up like a regular delivery truck & is white in color? None of the ones I have seen. The color is wrong. The truck type is wrong AFAIK. They could be on the way the door opens in the rear but they are more secure than plywood sides on regular vans? Definitely an inside job. No markings on the way bill it was BRINKS, there would have been so much paperwork to go with that...more like 8 pages worth.
