I'd place Chopper in the same tier as Cora and Ray. Although he doesn't have a broken support effect, he gets rid of almost every debuff in the game for 5 turns and heals for a pretty substantial amount at the end of 3 turns

It's your Tier List and your opinion, but next time, if you want to disappear a character, just use right click on your mouse, it makes your life easier. I still can't understand how Carrot and V2 Kata is in the same tier when Carrot can clear 5 times faster a fight than him...and Speed is your first criteria. If Soba Mask is in A - Tier then definitely bring Luffy-Zoro to A Tier also. They might be not as good as a few months ago but they have 2.75 Orb Boost + Wano Slots + Chain Lock. That's my personal Tier list: tinyurl.com/ycvpedar My Criteria: Tier 0: Captain and Special are beyond good and evil Tier 1: Those characters are pretty strong, but lack in certain categorie. Whether it be a very good captain (Rayleigh) or utility as a captain (Blackbeard) or are too squishy (Kid / V3 Boa) or too restricted as a captain (V3 Akainu) Tier 2: Those characters are very good, but lack in more than one way. Too low multipliers (Lawffy without their dual form), simply bad captains (Arlong Crew), not very good specials (Stampede Luffy) or are just heavily nerved by single points (Kaido with NAO, Carrot with Preemptives) Tier 3: Characters that are very usable, but aren't as good as the ones above them. Being restricted to very specific captains (V2 Kuzan to Shanks Crew), being finally dragged down by Powercreep (V1 Snakeman) but are still far away from being bad. Tier 4: Characters that are kinda usable, but are inferior to everything above. They are mostly there because their specials can benefit your team, but their captains really don't Niche: Characters that aren't really good, but can be very useful in very specific content Tier 5: Characters that simply aren't good due to simply everthing. Some characters i wanna quickly talk about: -V1 Jimbei: Terrible captain, but he's the closest thing the INT typing has got to an Bobbin or Usohachi -Onami: Personally I am using her quite a lot. She is an usable Captain, has an amazing Support and is a pretty good Sub, being resistant to Special Rewind while having a damn strong conditional, as well as healing, which I consider to be one of her strengths -HW Ace: Amazing Support, good Captain, very good Special, but personally I think he gets so restrained by his classes. Fighter and Shooter aren't bad, but I feel like there are just many Shooter and especially Fighter Legends that simply exceed him as a captain, like most Luffy Legends that are Fighters and really good. I do think he's very good, and I'd love to get my hands on him, but mainly for his Support, and nothing else -V1 Snakeman / Luffy & Law: I know this will start a discussion but I think they aren't anywhere near Top Tier anymore. Their multipliers are only able to reach 4x or above for 3 Turns. Their specials are decent, but we simply have better ones. We have 2,5 Orb boosts with Orb manipulation which simply outclasses Lawffys Special and the main reason for me to use V1 Snakeman as a Sub was to carry that Orb Boost to ignore Interrupts. But nowadays we have Roger, Pudding and even some RRs like Swimsuit Viola who can do that. I don't think they are bad at all, in fact I adore Lawffys Switch, but I do think they are heavily outdated / outclassed and simply got powercrept. Still they are besides V1 Rayleigh the Legends with the most longevity. -Arlong Crew: No question their Captain isn't good. But I do think they are an amazing Sub especially for Low HP Captains. The Base Atk Boost is depending on your health so it's not very consistant, but it's still free damage. And in my eyes their special is simply amazing. I really like comparing her to V3 Hancock. Both give you -2 CD to all Units and both give you a 2,5 Atk Boost with a restriction. Boa gives it only to PSY and Arlong only on Low HP. I don't wanna say Arlong Crew is nearly as good as Boa, but you can't deny Arlong Crew is kinda similar and simply not bad. He IS vastly inferior to Boa, but that's why he is in a lower Tier than her. -V3 Katakuri: I think he is inferior to V2 BB. You don't have much HP with him, so you'll quickly be below 50% which is good for his muliplier and dmg reduction, but being below 50% with an HP Pool of approximately around 30.000 means the damage reduction won't mean that much, even if it's 30%, especially since you don't really want to recover HP due to the weaker multiplier, which makes V3 Law infinitely better even though he has less damage reduction. He is similar to Blackbeard in a way that both don't provide too much to their Crew but pure damage, but I do think BB is also better in that manner. Katakuri is meant to have one big Burst with his ST and Special, which is very good and the reason why I would say he's better for Kizuna, but for high difficulty Content Blackbeard is better because he is more consistent. Katakuri want's to Burst once, maybe twice if you use double V3 Katakuri, and gives you a bit of takiness depending on your HP. Blackbeard gives you a constant tankiness, and multiple little Bursts which is incredible good for those difficult levels, cause the rest of your team can solely focus on Utility, which neither of those provide you, since I feel like Katakuri may need one Sub for an additional Burst or to enhance his Bursts. Maybe I'm completely mistaken since I don't own Katakuri for myself, but looking at it on paper, Blackbeard looks better for me in most categories except for Kizuna's. But I think that' smore than enough said. If you read all the way to this I really appreciate it and would like to hear your opinions on each of those characters I discussed a bit. Holy damn that was probably the longest comment I've ever written.

He only boosts int, he's a selfish legend, he provides no buffs for the whole team nor any orb manipulation/utility. Whilst his burst potential is the highest in the game reaching the hundreds of millions with the right combo, you don't need to reach those numbers unless it's some sort of ranking event.

Honestly amazed as a F2P I was able to get so much from the last sugo. 1 multi on the Roger banner and got Roger. 9 multis on the Oden banner and got Oden along with V3 Katakuri and Soba Mask both new. Used all my gems for those 10 multis but it was worth it for me. My luck has been in recently with this game. Got Sugar with her debut banner on the free multi and V3 Law using the red poster from Rayleigh's bazar. Still missing plenty of legends but I've got the majority of the ones I've wanted.

If you don't care about future units like Luffy/Sanji then yeah, 15% sugo rate is the highest global has ever had and you should pull if you're missing the sugo fest exclusive boosted characters. Roger and Oden will not be in other sugo fests so this is your best shot at getting them. Warning: You could get shafted.

You don't use a specific single team to clear content. You have to look which characters you need to clear the content. Since Roger is a rainbow captain you can simply put every unit in your team. He's not restricted to psy. Seems like you're quite new to the game. Go and check the database or just copy teams from yt. (btw Roger being a supertype legend doesn't make sense at all. I mean there should not be a supertype character for 1 colour who boosts every unit the same)
