Yahya bhai Hyderabad biryani ko bahot hype diya jaata hai magar mera maanna hai aap poore India ke har ek cities ke biryani khaalo, aapko pata chalega Kolkata ka biryani sabse upar hai. Completely agreed, 13 years of being here in Delhi not even a single outlet I found where I can get authentic kolkata biriyani taste , even Aminia is also here but taste is not up to the mark, being a mad biriyani lover, getting repeatedly disappointed I started making kolkata biriyani in my house with various famous kolkata biriyani shops' receipes and I am very happy now😂

@@dankhan5 if you observe the way cooking, scientifically you'll get to know. I ate Arsalan and Shadab (Hyd), i say this because the way cooking is done, i mean cooking rice along with the raw meat/ i prefer saying cooking rice by the dum of mutton soaked in spices. it is different, trust me try authentic hyd biryani in famous hotels by great chefs. you'll feel it different.
