Just replaced one today.,Tomorrow I’m doing another one. They’re not fun, there are so many steps you have to do. Here it only shows the condensing unit but it doesn’t tell you what you should do if you have a HR box and fan coils

Do you have to change the inverter board or is it not necessary

Swap the connections to the compressor's if the error moves to the other compressor the inverter is probably good.
