SHE WAS MURDERED BY MOTHER !!! Jaswinder Kaur "Jassi" Sidhu (August 4, 1975 - June 8, 2000) was an Indo-Canadian beautician who was murdered in an honour killing near the villages of Kaunke and Khosa area of Ludhiana, Punjab, after travelling from British Columbia, Canada. She was kidnapped, tortured, and killed on orders of her mother, Malkiat Kaur Sidhu, and uncle, Surjit Singh Badesha, as punishment for her secret marriage.

Hard not to speculate. From what I read in these comments people who have worked with these ovens say it was not an accident. That being said, Walmart is really cheep and negligent in their safety. I say this because my husband was lower management there (not Halifax, but in another Nova Scotia location) and there was a turn in the back area where you drive the vehicle with the pallets around a corner. He repeatedly told upper management to put a mirror there so that the pallet driver could see if someone was around the corner before they turned. They just would not listen and were too cheep to put a mirror there. It made no sense. There are so many ways Walmart cheeps out on safety. Whether it was a murder, a suicide or an accident, Walmart could also be partially responsible. If it was a murder and if it was racially based, that would be tragic, but it may also be a working class safety issue on top of that, hopefully that won't be missed if it was as improving safety in these places could save future lives.

I’ve got a question here how is rhe mother and daughter working at the same Wal-Mart. Many places prohibit family members working at the same stores. But then Wal-Mart is complete trash and their hiring practices are much desirable. Unfortunately many are taking advantage of refugees and treating them like garbage.
@TheCC16514 сағат бұрын

Any oven that is a walk-in should have a panic button that flashes light and makes all kinds of loud noise. And all employees should be trained to watch for it and listen for it just in case they are in the area of a big oven like that.

My my problem is Walmart. Can look inside your purse to see if you stole in anything out they store. Walmart, better and I mean, better be able to tell what happened to this child. From the time she walked up to the door to the door time. The door shut Walmart. You got all the answers for everything. Come up, show up and let's see what your cameras can do. Your cameras can tell. If I stole a pack of gum let's see if your camera is pointing to what happened to this woman's child point blank period

All large bakery ovens and walk in freezers need to have a door handle inside to provide and access out. If it was locked from the outside, this is surely attempted murder.
@elainegmorrison11 сағат бұрын
When I lived in Israel I was forbidden by my boss from entering the freezer room. My boss was Palestinian man who was looking out for me. As a naive Canadian I didn't get it. But this is why. It was when we worked in a bakery factory. The ovens were part of a raised conveyor belt which the pans accessed through a small hole. We put the batter into the pans on the belt, and met them when they came out.
