Very nice review. I have been on Utopia three times already and learned some things. Have 6 more planned. Love it. Water show gets cancelled frequently due to weather (they are diving from high heights on a moving ship) or if the lift mechanism for the floor is not working perfectly.

Wow 3 times already! That's awesome, I should've asked you for more tips before uploading the video. You must know the ship inside and out. Yes, the Aqua Show was canceled because of high winds. We didn't make it on time when they rescheduled it. But that's ok, it makes us look forward to the next time we cruise on the Utopia. Thanks for watching the video!

Hi thanks for watching! The lunch was very good! Kids loved the huge chicken tenders and I had a tasty burger. There were other restaurants to choose from offering more adult-type food 😂 , but with the kids I kept to this one only. We will be making a video about our experience at Baha Bay real soon. Best last minute decision for that excursion. Totally recommend!

I was too…but in the end I was happy we did since when we went to Coco Cay there was a storm and they closed all the waterslides for a few hours. They reopened them in time for us to do the tallest slide only. We got reimbursed half our money by Royal Caribbean which was great of them. So in the end, we spent more time enjoying the waterslides at Baha Mar.

Hi great video! Does check in to choose your arrival time to the cruise open at midnight the day of your cruise? Also, when do reservations open for the shows? I read it was the first of the month before your cruise but if your cruise is on the 6th, will it open 5 days before or the month before about 35 days beforehand? Thank you!

Hi and thank you for watching! Here is what RC’s website says: “You can check in on the app beginning 45 days in advance and up to the morning of your sailing. App check-in provides several benefits over web check-in, such as less time spent in the terminal and more time on vacation. In the app, you will scan your passport, upload your security photo and answer the required health questions to receive your mobile boarding pass. The terminal agent simply verifies your travel documents and scans your mobile boarding pass. Remember, you still need to bring your passport and other travel documents with you to the terminal check-in.” For your second question, it would open on the month previous, on the 1st of the month. So yes, 35-36 days prior, more or less. Hope this helps! Enjoy your cruise!

Yes. The way it works is Royal Caribbean “opens“ check-in on a certain date before your cruise (I believe it’s 45 days before your sailing date). So let’s say your cruise is April 1st 2025; 45 days before, would be on February 15. So on February 14 at 11:59pm, you would be waiting for the clock to strike midnight to be the first people from your sailing to check-in. That way you get an early time to arrive on the ship on your sailing date. And you have more time to visit while there still aren’t many people on board yet. Hope I explained it well enough haha I wish there was a voice message option on here, it would be easier. 😅😅

I’m taking my kids June 2025 but I have to be honest the Thrill Park looks like there’s more to be desired. RC charging people 120+ per person just for water slides only?! Look like a rip off in every video I’ve seen.
