Glock 17c Reliability issues

I would get a regular 17 barrel for “nightstand” home defense, these c models are significantly louder than the no comp versions. I can’t imagine it going off in a home defense senerio. There’s a guy on eBay selling oem ones for like $100.

It’s the ammo my gen 4 wont shoot 115 steel cases but everything else runs 100 reliable

you would get better help on the glock forums then a random youtube video asking for help. Nice gun it shouldn't be too hard to sort out

Used “hotter” rounds, this is the point of the “C”.

Considering this is the (C) Model and It is ported on both the Barrel & the Slide I would think it would need to be used with High Pressure Ammo +P & if that is the Case Well that sucks because on the Manual it doesn’t say what ammo you can or can’t use. You would think its a Glock and It could eat anything but it is the C model. That being said I highly doubt the Magazines are the issue. Anyways Good Luck & keep us updated.

Try 124 grain .. the 115 grain ammo might be the problem

Its most likely the mags 10rd mags are unreliable i have had issues with both 19 and 17 10rd mags

I hope he'll speed things up here. I know we have a few lawsuits challenging some of these ridiculous laws. I'll have to check out that 43x video. Can't believe that one has been unreliable for you.

Take it apart and lube it. Just because it's a Glock doesn't mean you don't have to clean it.
