How is it legal to kill deer with a thermal? In the states I hunt in, and many others, that is not legal under any circumstances.

It’s a ranch so it’s private property where that law doesn’t apply

@@Nathan-hb6vk I don’t live in TX. But even on private property you still have to obey game laws. I don’t know how you can “privately own” wildlife, unless you have a bill of sale from a captive herd facility. This whole video seems kinda sketchy to me.

It's Texas where its legal to use a thermal on game animals during legal hunting hours which is 30 minutes prior to sunrise and 30 min after sundown. It's not legal to use thermal on game animals such as whitetail deer at night. Pigs are not considered game animals they are an invasive species.
