Yup, had the same issue when installing my Zaffiri Precision G43 slide. The first problem was the screw was just slightly too long. After fixing that, the screw had pushed a burr inside the hole just like yours did. So little meat on the slide for that screw. PITA problem for sure.

Yeah when I got mine for the 19 I basically inspected and lightly sanded down all the ports and chambers works pretty good so far

0:14 My guess is slide. I find my self not trusting any after market slides, most come striped, Is quality control from the Factory is not best and i always wonder if they do the math right weight removed and springs if they recommended one

It's from that junk aftermarket slide. Stick with OEM Glock on everything and it will always run perfectly.
