You know with that Ratchet, you should consider putting a point into Salvage Operator if you haven't already. A Level 3 Ratchet with a single mod in it will two shot street lights, which will make your salvage runs way more efficient time wise! EDIT - Three tap, not two!

2 things 1: If poling up under a street light you can also take it apart at the bit on top of the pole, doesn't have to be the light itself. 2: You can now craft the *CAR-15* from Izy's pack (sadly no pop up when you get the recipes unlocked). It's a Machine Gun that uses 5.56. If I remember right it's only 'disadvantage' is a smaller magazine and no drum compatibility. Still a second Machine Gun using a different ammo type is incredibly useful imo.

So I was watching one of your older series yesterday to get my Glock9 fix (I'm addicted, so what? I can stop whenever I want!). And as a result of one of them (don't ask me which one, they blend after 3 or 4 hours of watching) it inspired me to do something I have never done before: a fist-weapon melee build. And I have to say, I should have been doing this years ago. Punching zombies in the face is so incredibly cathartic, even more so than watching them fly off roofs after hitting them with a baseball bat. So once again, thank you for bringing some brightness into my otherwise dull and miserable life. If there's one thing I can always count on, it's Glock teaching me new ways to survive a zombie apocalypse.

just so you know, you can wrench the street lights from anywhere along their "block" so you can just wrench them at the top of the pole or any at any point along the arm of the light. you do not need to wrench the end of the light.

You don't have to reach the light to take the light pole apart. You can pole up and wrench the pole cap where the light comes out of. Might help a bit

I really enjoy this running around during the horde. How cool would a series be that's all about looting. Like "Loot Addict" or something funny like that. He could have a base and stuff but basically never stops looting. All day, all night, all horde. No hiding at home or mining underground. Just spit-balling but I think that sounds exciting.

It never ceases to amaze me how fucking entertaining it is to watch you play this game Glock! It always makes me think: "Yeah! Seven Days! I should fire up my Level 75 Wasteland horde base at the Minotaur Theater campaign I started way back when 1.0 was still in experiment." Will do in the next day or two, but been on a Jagged Alliance 3 kick (HEAVILY modded with the 55 item "Basic Crafting Economy Collection." Might not be your type of game (turn-based squad tactical RPG with a rich strategic layer and decent narrative framework) but maybe! Worth a look anyway.

Maybe bring a bucket of water with you? you can make a temp well with the block poor the water inside and refil your thrist PS: it seem you doing well this is after i finish watching the video, for the next run i think you could give us view a chance to vote for your starting gear? basic stats for realistic job, engineer, soldier, doctor, or regular joe! kinda like DND, roll the dice! then starting item! 5 healing item, 2 weapon, and basic armor lvl1, and of course you roll the dice XD, also basic skill book too, normal person don't start with zero skill... maybe... i don't at least! think of it like if you are a soldier you would definitely have a knife, gun basic healing kit, some basic supply, if you a doctor you wouldn't have as much supply but you have higher skill in physician, agility... bro the doctor do run in emergency and they have very high endurance... they do a lot of 48 hrs shift by what i heard. engineer... max out that nerd tree and they should have the nerd hat XD, regular joe... 1 point in everything they are jack of all trade! they sit at home watching ... utu...video..., basically with a back ground it more interesting instead of starting fresh every time, try to use other weapon too bro. test it out in a CM game and see, so like engineer use engineer weapon, soldier use gun, doctor use knife?, regular joe use whatever but mostly i think they would use spear! cause if i was them i want to be as far from the zombie as possible so knife on the stick is best...! you could ask community to hash out the build that you might like and pick them? also running around during the night is fine but it feel like cheating to me XD since you not actually trapped i think, you are chased, so i think maybe every 3 day you get hit with a Hordes night and if you survive you can loot one building of your choice! on the map as a reward but only that building and during the night only? and you have to return to the original building before the night end! kinda like night crawler, so you have a short amount of time to work with, and it a decent difficulty instead of just running around. and have access to loot everywhere. just a thought i guess. i wonder if there a mod that force the drop supply to drop only in a certain coordinate so it can drop at the building you in instead. make more sense that way!

you can probably craft a couple other guns to make use of some of the ammo. i believe the uzi uses 9mm and the machinegun perk, and you should be able to craft a .45 revolver

I think salvage operations perk would probably be more efficient than grease monkey. maybe grease monkey 5 only reduce material by 33% and it need intellect 10, salvage operation 5 only require perception 7 and it harvest 100% more resource, on top of that you harvest faster too and use lesser stamina, which is great during the horde.
