The plant is actually called “Makahiya” (I don’t know if that’s the spelling, sorry) and it is very common in my country. The translation of the name is (if I’m remembering correctly): shy, because when you touch it it closes. I’m proud of myself for actually knowing something.

That plant is called Shameplant, we have that everywhere, like literally everywhere. If you touch them once, they get closed (I couldn't find a better verb than closed) for like hours. And they have such a nice texture!!! This plant will be great for stress relieving. ☺️☺️☺️
