Probably not Poro King. You can already get 4 global keywords by using Bhuru+Black Shield/SoS

@@WeenusMcMenace-dm6ep Black shield is interesting for sure, however, certain encounters (cof cof Lissandra cof cof) can remove all spellshields at once with only one casting (like ice shard). SoS is just bad though, feels like nerfing your units. Viktor's relic however could be an option for those who don't have black shield yet. I also can see Viktor's relic being used on ASol, Nami, Yuumi, Ambessa, Varus, Lux Ill., Lee Sin.

I'm happy to hear that they're trying to give new champions the love they deserve. To keep us with new content, they could give full constellations to old champs like Nidalee, or introduce already existing ones like Galio.

I think Victor will be a ton of fun, but sadly he will probably struggle against the highest difficulties, because his scaling is only for on board units. Against anything with good removal or requiring blocking it could be hard to get established

it still baffles me how their first 6 star scalling dps (viego) is still one of the best thanks to his scalling affecting EVERYTHING (on top of the cost reduction) while many others only scale stuff on the field OR the hand.

@@Zuvas No, it's 6/6. It procs on EVERY created card played during your turn, which includes duped copies. This in a deck which will have created cards coming out of its ass due to being augment based. Learn how game mechanics work before correcting people.

One corner case with Perfect Hex Core is when you get Stabilise or Shadow Totem in a run with Victor. Normally, the second Hex Core Upgrade would only affect the ephemeral Victor, but with PHC you could force them both to target your original copy!

Last time I checked the hexcore with the epic item that doubles a spell would fizzle because it wasn't created by the viktor on the board, so I hope that's changed

There's eventually going to be a way for us to obtain the paid relics. But until then, you are correct that there will be no way to obtain those relics.

Duped cards are ALSO created, which means a proper setup will shit out more than six procs as early as turn two depending on what's in the starting deck. Even without the six star what fucking pathetic victor deck is going to be dropping two per turn in the path of every deck plays several cards per turn?

Check this build: Echoing spirit, Hymn of Valor, Hidden Tome. Start turn 2 with 4 mana gems. Play a created Viktor. Viktor gets copied. You get 2 hexcore upgrades and 2 redoubled valors in hand. Play the HU to give Viktor random keywords. Play one redoubled valor. It activates twice. Viktor ends up like at 20+ power. Viktors level up and you get the mana from hidden tome, you can cast the next redoubled valor. He ends up like at 80+ I think. Attack for the win next turn. Hopefully recover lost hp with lifesteal.

While I like Viktor his release highlights a huge flaw in the game. We will have eight 6 star Piltover champs compared to say only one 6 star Targon champ. I have five nova shards and thought I would be covered for at least one champ this month without having to pay another £100 to support the game. I want to support the game but at this point I feel releasing yet another Piltover champ is ridiculous. It feels at this point it is a major oversight on their part or, worse, a cash grab. What is it going to be like in the future? Personally I'm not going to pay another penny for now.

Iirc with the event pass and maybe the new adventure rewards we should be able to get Victor to 6*, but yeah, the imbalance in regions is a big topic. Only hope is that after this patch they focus on other regions now that the arcane related champs are (almost) all out

No VO, no level up animation, no flavor text no or very few new cards for some of the new champs, etc. That was too much stripped away to make a fast workshop of quantity over quality. This is the better course. I'm only saddened that Warwick had to be the sacrificial lamb to make it happen

I love Viktor going back to PvP. I see that he can grow to be really strong but he needs to stall for time to build up the stats and and keywords. Even though his 4th star is an epic and generally strong it is not doing fixing the issues of the slow gameplan.

how do u mean weak? weak at 6 stars comparatively to other 6 stars? or weak at 4? weak at rare relic builds? paid builds? what's the constraints we're working with here? full build 6 star viktor looks like a solid a tier amongst other 6*

​​@@rG1vZSadly, the POC high tier adventures aren't very nice to slow champs. And shockingly, +6 isn't really all that much in one turn, when the enemy can drop +20 in the first turn they take. He doesn't seem like A tier. He will probably highly struggle against any adventure over 4 star. But I'm hoping that's not the case, and maybe his deck has better synergy than it initially appears

@@Aizen2468 echoing spirit + his relic + smt like hymn of valor is a lot of fucking stats at 6*. there's also oath of the guardians, portal pals, etc. that's a ton of stats at turn 2 (can even be turn 1 with packed powder) perhaps even more so than 6* ww at early turns
