Terry I am amazed how you fit in wherever you are: a delayed flight in the airport, a 1300 year old church, or a soccer celebration in a pub. Thank you for reminding me of the hymns that I use to sing in Sunday school 80 years ago. Thank you for all of happiness that you bring into the world.

My Mum and my Aunt were the church organists at their respective churches. I became my mums sheet turner when I was able to read music myself. The sound of a church organ always cheers my heart and soul.

"On the Road Again with Terry Miles" ... what a gift on a Monday old boy. Once again Terry has broken into a church, played the organ, and the police never got called. Well done Terry! Your country is beautiful Terry and we enjoy it when you show it to us. If many of us here in the USA were to formally apologize for that little dumping the tea in the harbor incident in Boston do you think the Queen might let us come back to England? I know where there are three slightly used boats. You should have left the church your Sunday Service CD as a gift. All the Best old boy!

Hello all the way from Emmaus, Pennsylvania USA. It's getting close to Christmas here and my mom passed away close to 3 years ago and the hymn I Will Raise You Up was played at her funeral. Nothing bad against you playing it, it sounded beautiful and made me think of my mom. I was just thinking about her and I came across you playing this. It is amazing how God works. Thank you for your talent and God bless you.

Playing the organ pedals wearing outdoor shoes is not showing any respect for the Church at all. Organ shoes which are only ever worn indoors should always be worn so as not to damage the pedals, your feet need to be able to slide on them so you need to keep them highly polished and only wear clean suede or leather soled shoes. If he did this to the organs in our Churches he would be gettig a bill to have the pedals repolished.

The songs probably weren't too long when the church was built... someone had to pump the bellows to provide the air pressure for the pipes.

After I read the title and listened to the introduction outside of the church, I was expecting a tracker organ, but the date on the dedication name plate would point to electro-pneumatic. This is my first time to see a video in this series, so I don't know if the absence of any description of the featured organs is the norm.

I'm jealous of Britain. The churches don't have a single beggar. The ancient cult buildings are empty, but open to everyone. A huge instrument, an organ, is available to everyone. But no one comes to mind to go into the temple and chop it up with an axe for firewood. In Russia, not only the organ would have been stolen, but the church itself would have been disassembled into bricks at once and sold. And Terry is very grateful for the reminder of British musical culture. And not only.

It may be a 13th. century church but most certainly NOT a 13th. century organ. It looks like they've spent quite a lot of money on that instrument in the not-too-distant past, so if it's not in near tip-top condition someone should be asking a few questions.
