It's so lovely to hear a real pipe organ in an old stone church, that sound is amazing. I love to go to an old church and listen to music when they have some event. That room with the meter thick walls and high vaulted ceiling is giving a fantastic acoustic room.

Just wonderful Terry the way you coaxed such a beautiful sound out of that old pipe organ C1850. I bet the pipe organ has been patiently waiting for a special someone like you to come along and remove his shoes, sit on the bench and caress the pedals with his toes that are clad in bright red woollen socks, gently pull the stops out and play such moving hymns. Encore!! More more more please Terry - these most fabulous instruments deserve to be played and enjoyed. The people who have the skill to make such beautiful music are few sadly, yet there are organs like this in so many churches, just waiting to be woken up. Cirencester St John's has the most incredible beast of an organ and it is regularly unleashed but to hear you releasing the boogie woogie on it would be sublime! More churches please!
