Glow in the Dark Lava Lamp - Science Experiment for Kids

Here's how you make a glow in the dark lava lamp!

Perfect for kids ages 5-12
For this one you'll need
Black light: amzn.to/3MrUVxQ
Yellow Highlighter: amzn.to/3WtmICz
Pliers: amzn.to/3pUfJ9q
Oil: amzn.to/43mD6ri
Salt: amzn.to/3IPRzDT
You will also need a clear cup with water
Instructions
1. Fill a clear cup most of the way up with water
2. Use pliers to remove the bottom of a yellow highlighter
3. Take out the inside of the highlighter and squeeze out the ink into the water. Stir. Wash your hands
4. Fill your cup the rest of the way with oil.
5. Turn on your blacklight and point it at your cup.
6. Sprinkle salt on top (repeat this step as many times as you like!)
Safety
Be careful not to get the highlighter ink in your eyes, and also don't eat it (duh)
