a small friend word stamp can be added after being heat embossed in white on black or gray card stock, and then you have the phrase "Hey Ghoulfriend"

you'd have to remove the exclamation point - its do-able just not in the way I made these :)

I am always here for Halloween cards. I remember the very first video I watched from you was when you made that enormous skeleton inside a casket and it was so big that you had to borrow a bigshot to be able to die cut it. Wow that's been a while lol.
@PrairiePaperandInk4 жыл бұрын
that was 3 years ago - I've been posting Halloween series for almost 10 years now. It was a Spellbinders Grand Calibur (I now own a Spellbinders Platinum machine which cuts just as big so I don't need to worry about that ever happening again) which was a pretty cool machine honestly - Spellbinders makes the BEST manual machines.

have you tried the Silhouette Pritable glow in the dark sticker paper? It says paper, but it's really more like sticky backed plastic, diecuts great and it glows sooooooo strongly! I use it with sentiments as well, where I stamp them with black StazOn ink onto the plastic :) The effect is awesome!! :D

Hint hint. Haven’t seen a haul video in a while. I like seeing them. Otherwise new supplies come out and I don’t even know about them. I know some people feel differently. I think that they are jealous that they can’t have everything that you do. Maybe they should be on design teams and do this for a living if they want those benefits. Just my opinion.

Question for you on die cutting machines. Picked up this die after seeing yr video. When I die cut, I’m getting extra impressions for ghost and checks. Not flat.. I have the big shot. Hope this makes sense. Why does this happen? Is it my machine? Thank you
@PrairiePaperandInk4 жыл бұрын
did you snip the set apart or are they all still attached?
@ds61144 жыл бұрын
Prairie Paper & Ink (AmyR) Snipped apart. Well the two checks are in one piece. It seems like my die cutter is really cutting tight. I sometimes see groves using other dies. Your thoughts? 🌻
@PrairiePaperandInk4 жыл бұрын
I got rid of my BigShot years ago - I've been using Spellbinders machines (Platinum 6 is the normal sized one and Platinum is the big 9x12 one) and have been so much happier with them. Way WAY better results. You can try adjusting your sandwich but I don't know of any other tips to help as I no longer have that machine!
@ds61144 жыл бұрын
Prairie Paper & Ink (AmyR) since I only make cards, I’m thinking the normal sized one. A little cheaper. Any benefits with getting the larger one? Trying to do my research before plunking down the $$.
