First off I do the "linework", or "sketch" as I like to call it on a seperate layer from the background. Then I colour in the basic colours on the background below the sketch. After that, when I'm ready to shade and all that, I merge all the layers together to one. Which means the actual painting happens on one layer. Thank you!

I have a question: when you start painting the shadows and highlights, is it in the same layer as the line-work? P.S. your painting is fantastic!

Don't sass me, please. Either way, If you took a tiny bit of your time and had a look into any of my galleries, dA, FA, Weasyl linked on my channel, I am sure you would find all my settings. On the other hand, why not try to experiment yourself with your settings? Usually makes your artwork a lot more personalized. There's no anger. I'm just kindof sick of a lot of people on the internet right now, namely trolls and idiots, sorry, I was still tense from a conversation with someone else that was trying to make me feel bad about myself and that sort of thing. I'm sorry I flipped out.
