I’ve read a lot of books, but women’s magic truths on borlest is on another level. It doesn’t just talk about vague concepts-it reveals secret techniques that can actually help you attract almost anything you want in life. This isn’t some watered-down law of attraction; it’s the real deal. You won’t believe what you’re missing out on until you read it.

Can u make that make sense to me? I keep hearing this but I'm not comprehending 🤦🏾♀️
@glowgoddesslifestyleАй бұрын
@@justhdbpoudhgebob You have to identify with the woman (or man) that you want to be. i.e. what does s/he wear, or eat? How does s/he talk, walk, dress, or conduct her/himself in public? etc. So basically, who or what type of person or lifestyle do you identify with? You can't keep doing the same things and being the same way and expect a different reality or results. Hope that helps.

Great video.. Jaz did you know that drinking through a straw, especially the big one in your Stanley, can cause bad bloating, stomach aches, build up of gas in the stomach and other areas in your body? (Taking in that extra air).. my ultrasound showed trapped gas all over my stomach, chest, pelvic region.. I stopped and noticed a huge improvement. I know everyone is affected differently but something to think about!

Thank you for the heads ups. I love drinking from a straw. I feel like that is the only way I can drink water.

I noticed that too! I think it's because you're sucking in so much air, same with chewing gum

@@jalisa2207yep absolutely! It is the air you’re sucking in so doing that daily or all day definitely has a negative impact on your body. I did an ultrasound and had trapped gas in my chest. Definitely be careful.

I love and instantly recognize your identity with the range rover pilates princess. That identity is really trending and all over my for you page right now with many videos on ways to achieve it. Im still working out the words for what I want my identity to be but I know im kind of the opposite from the Pilates princess. Im a night owl, creative, dark feminine energy, entrepreneur obsessed, etc. Are there any creators that you would recommend I watch? Keep these vids coming they are so motivational to watch!

As I age, it is so much harder to stay on top of things, because I have so much more to do to stay looking like I have my stuff together. I really missed when I was in my 20s and just had to drink a few glasses of water and green tea to look and feel like a million bucks. Hip dips are made up. The leaner you get, the larger the hip dips. We all have them. Airbrushed photos and fat transfers made hips dips a bad thing. I get the whole looking boxy. It took me almost 40 years to be okay with not having hips. Let me tell you it was very hard.

First and foremost, you look amazing!! Head to toe. I deeply understand about wanting to add in touch ups where we have the power to. I’m also totally here for it. As being a Mommy of 3 and soon to be 4. If you ever decide that you’re open to having kids, I would say wait until after you have kids. I only say this because as women our bodies are absolutely amazing and change drastically after birth. And you can see the areas you really would focus on to minimize the amount you may want to change in 1 session instead of multiple sessions. 💛✨

I look forward to your exiting lazy girl era video. I feel like I'm in a transition time with becoming a better version of myself. I'm using meditation, writing in my gratitude journal and other things. But I find it hard to be consistent, especially with my work hours. The secret to clear skin is doing the bare minimum topically! Focus on gut health and repairing your skin barrier. All these products are too harsh for most people and cause a cycle of inflammation. I recommend a cleanser and VASELINE ONLY at night. And sunscreen only during the day. ❤ your dark spots and acne will disappear within a week! Beautiful video ❤

Fr! I was prescribed tretinoin, azeleic acid, and spironolactone. Every swears after the purging period (6-8 weeks) your skin will look great. Your skin is raw and inflamed the whole time. I stopped using these products and my skin looks amazing lol.

Hey lovely. I always say KZbinrs or content creators needs to schedule in regular time off.. don't run yourself into the ground. That way you guys have time off to look forward to, and you can let your audience know what to expect. I always hear KZbinrs feeling bad for disappearing. If there is scheduled breaks you should be able to avoid that

Hey girl! I’m also working on losing the last tiny bit of lower belly fat, and I just wanted to remind you that you’re perfect. The lower belly fat is often the hardest to lose. You’re already in great shape, so you might need to add a daily consistent cardio to your routine. Consider doing a daily incline walk without holding the rails for 1 hour, a 30 minute moderate stair master session, or a 30-minute run. Adding steady cardio will help create the calorie deficit needed to shed that last bit of belly fat. This is a common secret among bikini models-they often walk for an hour every day in addition to their weightlifting. Choose a type of cardio you don’t have to recover from and that you enjoy and aim for 30 minutes a day. It might take about two months to see results, but remember that any surgical procedure would also require a long recovery time. I hope this helps😘
