Tamara, I absolutely love your natural hair. I have the same. I used to straighten all the time but then I tried leave in conditioner ( cream leave in conditioner) and it forms a beautiful soft curls and it looks gorgeous!!! Try putting in some leave in conditioner while your hair is wet and you will see how beautiful it looks!!!!!!!

Hi Tamara! I eat dinner ideally at 5 to 6pm (18h) You are doing the right for your health thing to have dinner at least few hours before bedtime. The Circadian Diet - 7am to 7pm concept is going well with intermittent fasting, which I remember you do 👏🏻
