You should talk about perfumes more, like in your old vlogs. Did you smell BDK Gris Charnel? If not I think you'll love it. Babe the twitching from acupuncture is myofascial release. It happens when a physio also does dry needling. I love acupuncture though. My Chinese doctor could feel a cold area in my body- like reiki kind of and I ended up having further investigations ( mind you I didn’t tell the Chinese doctor any symptoms etc) He could feel the exact location where I needed urgent care. A-mazing!!!

Angel I was so immerse in your vlog that every time the alarm went off I would check on my phone 😂😂. Ok Acupuncture I’ve been doing it on and off since I was 15 I’m 57 now. I first started for my migraines , then allergies and now my back. I always go back to it because in my case it works. About Chanel it’s ok Angel It’s such an amazing culture I love it. In my opinion, the "senseless" and random talking is what sometimes keeps the videos more personal, more honest, more "normal".. It's like when you're talking with a friend and sometimes it's just "bla, bla", it's not always perfectly put together, but it gives the friendship note to the channel.

Acupuncture works as well as Sujok. But what is even more important is stop medicating ourselves and let the energies come freely through our bodies. It's possible when there are no chemicals or pills in our bodies. When we are sick or having panic attacks or in your case tention in the shoulders - it's our hidden emotions. If you get enough rest, sleep, have calm hobbies like sewing, cooking etc negative emotions or memories will step by step free you mind. And physical pains diminish and than vanish. No need will be in Acupuncture. Have enough rest, darling.
