Hey girl! Because you are going darker from blonde, you need to “fill” the hair first with a red pigment because it is the opposite of green. If you put ash brown hair on blonde it will turn green otherwise. It’s not because you left it on for too long, it would have happened even if you only left it on for 10. Love your videos and it all worked out absolutely your hair looks absolutely amazing now!
@kayliboyle

hi! with redken shades eq it’s a bit different. that’s why I did a test strand which was on for 10 min and didn’t have any green. you don’t always need to fill hair when the product already has the red pigment in it which this shade did. my friend and I have used this before and it never turned green or this ashy and my cosmo friend and the hairdresser said it was bc it was on for way too long

@@kayliboyle Oh gotcha!! We don’t work with Redken color at my salon so I didn’t know that. Our ash colors definitely don’t have any filler in it, that’s good to know

As a 19-year-old who struggles with mental issues, oneof my favorite Bible verses, especially when going through mental health struggles is Isaiah 43:1-7 (CSB) “‘Now this is what the Lord says - the one who created you, Jacob, and the one who formed you, Israel  - “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and the rivers will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, and the flame will not burn you. For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, and your Savior. I have given Egypt as a ransom for you, Cush and Seba in your place. Because you are precious in my sight and honored, and I love you, I will give people in exchange for you and nations instead of your life. Do not fear, for I am with you; I will bring your descendants from the east, and gather you from the west. I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ and to the south, ‘Do not hold them back!’ Bring my sons from far away, and my daughters from the ends of the earth  - everyone who bears my name and is created for my glory. I have formed them; indeed, I have made them.’” For context of these verses just in case you have a read it before, the Israelites went through slavery for hundreds of years in Egypt by the king Pharaohs (there were two Pharaohs during the time of their slavery). Divert hard labor they worked hard labor, whipped, and some even killed. The word was not absent during their suffering. He heard the cries. He heard their anguish. He heard their agony. God used Moses as an example to carry out as will by delivering the people out of slavery (God was the one who delivered the Israelites out of slavery, Moses was just the physical that did so). After they left Egypt, Moses wanted to melt Sinai to be in the Lord‘s presence as God instructed. Unfortunately, as this was going on, the Israelites perverted themselves to wickedness. They assumed that because Moses was taking a long time on the mountain, that the Lord had forgotten about them which is insane considering the fact that God was the one who saved them from their troubles. The Israelites disobeyed God by dwelling in idolatry (putting anything/anyone in your life above God) by making a golden calf and worshiping it; calling it their “god”, sexual immorality (for example: fornication), and just immoral behavior (read Exodus 32 for reference). Therefore because of their sin (wrongdoing), they dwelt in the wilderness (their camp farther from Mount Sinai) for 40 years. This was to show them that because God is the ONE AND ONLY TRUE GOD and there is no other (Isaiah 45:6), that He is the one they should put their trust and hope in. Not in the careless things that this world offers that eventually perishes. In the midst of these 40 years, God was still reassuring them that He will be with them, He will provide for them, and once the 40 years is over, he will take them to the land flowing with milk and honey (meaning He will take them to a place that we will not lack necessities like food and water - Jeremiah 32:22). This is very comforting because being in a world that has all these different stressors, responsibilities, and distractions, focusing on Jesus the Son of God-God in the flesh (who placed our sins upon him by dying on the cross and rose up from the dead-John 1:1-5; 1 John 1:9), Him being “the pioneer and perfecter of our faith” (Hebrews 12:2), allows me to remember that faith over fear is possible if I just believe (Mark 9:24). (Look in the comment section for my other comment please) ->

I just wanna let anyone know that if you’re struggling with something in life, whatever it may be, that Jesus is here for you. He sees your struggles and your pain. Let me tell you something, team does not discriminate. It will eventually happen to you in life and you’re going to need to know who and what you’re gonna place your trust and faith in. God loves justice and hates sin (wrongdoing). No earthly down sacrifice is able to atone (forgive) our sins. That is why Jesus Christ- the physical representation (without sin) of the righteousness of God (2 Corinthians 5:21; John 1:14) was sent by the Father (God) to preach the word of God-which is repentance, trusting in God, forgiveness of sins, reconciliation with the Lord (restoration of friendship)- being the perfect atoning sacrifice by policing our sins, our wrongdoing, our mistakes, our faults, our mishaps upon himself who is perfect and without sin, so that we can place our faith in Jesus, receive God‘s Holy Spirit dwelling within us to teach us the word of God (the Bible), help us, directs us, convict us, and help us to be more like Christ Jesus (John 14:26; 15:26-27;16:7-15). We are flawed human beings, therefore we are not perfect. But with God, we are being perfected every day (Matthew 5:48) in order to deny the earthly, selfish, sinful desires our human nature craves, and desire the godly, righteous, Christlike things that God knows will truly satisfy us Jesus satisfies our souls.
@serenityh.
@serenityh. 2 жыл бұрын
If you would like to place your faith in Jesus, whether it’s for the first time or you are coming back to your first true love (Jesus), repent of your sins. Repent literally means to acknowledge the wrong doings that you have committed against God, ask God for forgiveness, actually turn away from your sin instead of going back to it, and walk in the will (plan) that God has for your life. Life is not easy. Placing your faith in Jesus is not saying that you will never have troubles in life. Placing your faith in Jesus is not saying that everyone is going to like you. Jesus said that in this life, we will go through sorrow but we have Him to direct us through that pain and through that sorrow instead of trying to go through that pain and sorrow on our own feeble strength (John 16:33; Proverbs 3:5-7). God is providing an opportunity to step out in faith and courage by trusting in Him. The child and the things in this world cannot satisfy you no matter how hard you try, trust me I’ve been there. Sex cannot satisfy you. Money cannot satisfy you. Drugs cannot satisfy you. Same cannot satisfy you. Fortune cannot satisfy you. Even the people in your life cannot truly satisfy you except God. This is not to say norm play that the people in your life don’t love you. What I am saying is that even certain circumstances that you would want to go to people for but feel uncomfortable, can go to God. You can go to God for any, every, and all things. However, don’t use that as an excuse to try and “use” God like He’s a “genie” just to get what you want and desire. God can see through all that.

If you’re ready step out in faith, pray this with me. It is not a magical prayer. It is simply talking to God and acknowledging your past and how you want him in your present and future: Dear Heavenly Father, I just wanna thank you for Who you have always been, who you are, Who you always be my lord and savior. Thank You, God for always being there for me and with me even when it didn’t seem like it. Just because I might not feel your presence doesn’t mean you’re not there. Repent of my sins known and unknown. I ask you to please cleanse me from all unrighteousness, from all sin. Thank You resending your son of the living sacrifice for all mankind. I ask you to please show me with your Holy Spirit. Help me get to know who You are. Allow Your Holy Spirit to show me how to be more like Christ. I would be lying if I didn’t say it was a bit nervous but I know I shouldn’t be because you were here with me. Thank you God for everything and more. Even in my disobedience, You still there and always are. I love you guys and I apologize for not saying it more. Help me on this new journey of life with you in Jesus name I pray amen. ❤
@serenityh.
@serenityh. 2 жыл бұрын
If you have prayed that prayer, which I know probably wasn’t easy at first but it’s worth it, I just want to congratulate you for stepping out in faith. Get a Bible, start reading the word of God (if you would like, to start in the gospel of John all the way to Revelation and then work your way from Genesis to Revelation. Always pray before you read the Bible and ask the Holy Spirit-God’s Spirit help to clarify his word to you. 💕 I love you and I’m praying for whoever reads this and steps out in faith to live for God.

Something my cat does since being a kitten (we got him last year as a kitten, he’s 1 now) is he’ll scratch the chairs when he wants something, so if he wants you to let him out and you haven’t noticed he’ll scratch so you’ll be annoyed and let him out. Usually it’s after he’s eaten so my best tip is to recognise his routine, when does he scratch or what does he do before scratching or what do you give him after scratching. It’s something we should’ve probably recognised otherwise he wouldn’t have gotten into this habit 😩

no JOKE, the best way to groom your downstairs while successfully avoiding any sort of razor bumps, rash, infection, etc IS to use an electric razor before your shower. get one that's for men's downstairs grooming and use the shortest setting, it gives the exact same effect as using a razor but completely avoids the irritation that razors often cause. use your tend skin solution afterwards bc that shit really is the bomb. bada bing bada boom you are read to rock and ROLL GIRLIE

I’m sure you know this by now, perhaps the stylist explained this. But for blondes trying to dye their hair dark, you cannot just slap a darker color (especially one that is cool toned) on it and hope for this best. And it wasn’t the amount of time the dye was left on. The reason it turned green is because when you lighten\bleach darker hair, you’re stripping the color basically, and underneath what you see is that warmth before you tone it to the shade you want right? So when you go back darker, you have you add in that warm for every level you went lighter. Then if you want your hair cool toned you go over it with a toner just like you would when you went blonde. It’s called “filling the hair” for anyone who wants to look at videos before you go and do a diy dye job. Hope that helps! ;)
