Glow Warm Essentials Gas Heater - How to Operate

1) Ensure the regulator is switched to the On position
2) On the first use, there will be air trapped inside the gas hose which needs to be purged. To do this, push the control knob at the pilot/spark position for 60 seconds
3) Once the 60 seconds have passed, press the red ignition button until a pilot light appears and the centre ceramic plate should also light at the same time. Continue to hold control knob down for another 10 seconds.
4) You can now adjust the control knob to the desired setting.
To turn the heater off,
1) Turn the control knob to the pilot position and switch the regulator to the off position.
Please note that for safety purposes the heater can only be turned off completely via the regulator to ensure the gas supply is cut off.

Hi, there are two causes - butane freezes at zero degrees so if your cylinder has been left outside when the temperature is zero or below, please ensure the cylinder is kept in a warmer location indoors for a few hours before use. Hi, a question please: a pilot light is too large (it's like half the height of the ceramic panel)on mine after start, and stays like that. Pilot flame is smokey. Any suggestion please? Device is 2 yo. Thank you.

@@attilabori4734 Hi, your description indicates the pilot tube has debris inside such as dust. Arranging a gas engineer to clean the pilot tube assembly should resolve the issue.
