I bought the glowen raptor 3 Weeks ago and was so happy when it arrived. My Gasburner failed after one hour of using the oven. I asked for a refund because I was very disappionted with the quality because thats a know problem. Got now answer from the glowen Support within one week. The Oven is doing a Great Job if it Works but i would not buy it again. The Quality ist not worth a thousand euros.

Have you the same Gasburner like my oven? or smaller burner? I have brand new model because on the firma company told me like you write thats a know problem with burners and give me a new model with 12 kw power

Does your burner also is very noisy and gets glowing After a few minutes?
