Great video. It’s says all inclusive but then again it’s written breakfast free. Does that mean the other meals we need to pay?

It is all inclusive. Can confirm all meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner are free. That breakfast free sign is more for the locals that like to pay the "day fee" to be able to utilize the resorts facilities for the day. Breakfast and not the other meals must be included in their day fee.

Ive stayed here a couple of times. Very nice. But the Riu tropical bay, which is its neighbor is just as good, why pay the extra for the palace? Especially since the renovation. Enjoy

Thank you for such a detailed review. You didn't mention if there were mosquitos or if you noticed any bug issues. The last resort I visited was infested with flies, especially in the dining areas. My family and I are interested in visiting this resort and your review was really helpful.

What was the cost of the spa and other restaurants?

The restaurants are all included as part of the all inclusive (no extra cost). The spa services are paid and vary depending on the treatment you get. An outdoor couples massage (the one we did) will run you $250. They do give you spa treatment coupons at check in, so make sure you use them when booking any spa services. 😊

Same as most all inclusive resorts. This one was no different. Usually the only things that are extra are salon services, any beach activities (like jet skis, parasailing, banana boat etc) and ofcourse any activities associated with leaving the resort to visit local spots. Hi! Great questions. The specialty restaurants are included for no additional cost. They don't take reservations, just first come first serve, however once they open in the evening at 6:30pm there will be a short line up to get seated. After seats fill, they do offer a waiting list and ask you to enjoy the outside bar until they personally find you. It's quite well managed and wasn't stressful at all! You can go to one each night you're there, there are no restriction on the number of times you can visit. The Japanese and Italian restaurants were our two favorites. Glad you enjoyed the review! Are you taking kids? Either way, have tons of fun, it really is great.

Hi Marisa! Sometimes they have beach parties after the show. Otherwise the general atmosphere at night is nice so no need to rush to sleep, enjoy the outdoor lights and seating areas at night :)

Pashion thanks for your appreciation! The spa services are not included. This is usually the case at all inclusive resorts. I wish it was but spa services are never included. The spa services are quite pricey but if I was to recommend one well worth the spend, it would be the outdoor massage! At check in, the front desk will give you various literature, one of which is a coupon to get a discount on salon services, so make sure to use that when heading to the spa. Excelente video, lamentablemente por una cuestión de idiomas (somos argentinos y hablamos solo el español) se hace un poco dificil entender en su totalidad pero igual tenemos una buena idea formada. En abril tenemos reservas en ese hotel por primera vez, somos dos matrimonios mayores. Mi pregunta es como llegar desde el aeropuerto de Montego Bay al hotel, si hay buses, taxis, etc, y precios de esos transportes para no pagar algo injusto. Saludos. Muchas gracias.

We went this past December which was considered peak season. We booked a package for 7 nights for two adults, a teen and a toddler and it came to 7K (Canadian Dollars). Would probably be less if you were to go off-peak season.

Lol thanks! She definitely enjoyed herself. Other than falling and scraping both knees on the pavement, she had the best time!
