If you have the clear version of the stadium, it would be better. Also some light diffusion would help.

Yeah the other comments mentioning a clear stadium and some under-lightning hit the nail on the head. Putting it under the stadium can be bold so consider putting scotch tape or some kind of thin fabric over the lights. Awesome project. Horrifying to think you broke the glass by hand tho 😂

I think using the complete clear stadium would look even cooler. Because you would be able to see the lights shining underneath.

As an OG Beyblade fan starting from the original series i am so happy and proud that Beyblades still live on. Ive been out of this for years and other than the shows i honestly thought it died out but now i see its still going and stronger than before. Ive watched your videos and they bring back sweet memories of better days. Thank you guys for reminding me that no matter how we get it we can still enjoy these and i hope Beyblades will evolve into something we all dreamed it would be as kids

If you add a layer over the base you made (like tracing paper) to scatter the light, I think it'd look better than seeing the individual LEDs from the strips.

Cheap quick option to create light diffusion would be greaseproof paper over the leds - I think in the states it may be called parchment paper?

have you thought about 3D printing the base instead of using a picture frame? it can help out with getting a flush look for the stadium to the base, and it can let you create grooves for the lights so they get integrated into it and make the decals built in. I don't know if local universities in your area have 3D printers publicly available but just and idea I had
