I was just talking to my mom about this. I feel guilty for spending on my physical self care (like pedicaures, spa days, etc.) but it’s super necessary for your health to do it atleast sometimes. Especially if you work and make money like go treat yourself. That’s literally what she told me but it’s weird because I never saw her do those things growing up but I want to do it for myself now.

It's so easy to get down sometimes. Whether it's the monotony of work. Or obligations or being there for other people. Or having people you care about not reach back out like they used to.
