In this GlowShift Installation Video we demonstrate how to install our Add-On Dodge Ram Cup Holder for any 2003-2012 Ram 2500 & 3500 with a 5.9 Cummins or 6.7 Cummins. This Cup Holder holds two cups in varying sizes including water bottles, insulated bottles, coffee mugs with a handle, insulated tumblers, soda cans, fast food cups, thermoses, and more. There is also a separate slot created for your cell phone.
Installing GlowShift’s 03-12 Dodge Ram Console Cup Holder
Below are the steps we recommend in order to install this Add-On Cup Holder for Third Gen and Fourth Gen Cummins 2500/3500 trucks. Installation requires no hardware and involves positioning and securing the Dodge Ram cup holder insert in front of your 03-12 Ram Truck’s center console:
1. Start by opening the center console lid and using a panel pop tool to carefully remove the plastic trim and liner.
2. Then, remove the 2 Phillips head screws securing the latch.
3. Place the included spacer onto the latch and reinstall the latch using the factory screws.
4. Reinstall the liner on the underside of the console lid and secure it with the plastic trim.
5. Slide the cup holder into place making sure the 12-volt accessory cover is out of the way.
6. Close the console lid to ensure the latch is lined up correctly and make any adjustments if needed.
