The story is set concurrently during the events of Resident Evil 2 in September 1998. Players control former police officer Jill Valentine as she attempts to escape Raccoon City during a zombie apocalypse caused by an outbreak of the T-Virus. She is hunted by an intelligent bioweapon known as Nemesis-T Type, who attempts to kill her and all remaining members of her police division, the Special Tactics and Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.). The game also follows the mercenary Carlos Oliveira, enlisted by Umbrella to help survivors.
This game is absolutely beautiful and is just as stunning and polished as last years Resident Evil 2 Remake. RE2 is slightly better as it's more challenging, but this is nonetheless worth a playthrough.
As always we used relevant gameplay, important dialogue and all cutscenes to stitch together a fluid cinematic experience. We hope you enjoy!

in the original as far as i understand, tyrell was a secret operative double agent like nicholai and nicholai targeted him to get all the money from the mission. at least this is what the novelization said, it's also hinted at as tyrell points a gun at carlos initially in the first one and seems very distrustful of him before his untimely death. seems they changed up that story for the new one.

In the original, it was built to, lasting towards the end duration of the game - adding an element of tension and finality. Here, in the remake, the crash almost felt 'in passing'. Being in an earlier stage, it felt that it mattered less and used Nemesis almost as a prop instead of an antagonist.

A.J Thomas One of the things that i hated in this remake comapared to the original was that in this remake we don't get to see any dead body of the U.B.C.S unit anywhere in Raccoon City like in the original RE3 classic.

@@marciocardoso75D There are several bodies of deceased UBCS operatives that are found in the remake. The first one is outside of the garage( where Murphy died). Walk out through the door, turn right and you will see a dead UBCS soldier. That is also the place where you can find the note called "UBCS suicide note" and a few handgun bullets. The second one is in an alley right across from the donuts shop. Keep in mind, you will need the bolt cutters to access the alley. Once you enter the alley, eliminate all the zombies and you will see the dead body. The third one is in the hospital right beside the box where you get your magnum. On nightmare and inferno difficulties, some zombies with UBCS clothings appear on the outside of RPD while playing as Carlos. All of the dead UBCS members use the same uniform as HUNK but without the helmet.
